  I was very pleased with the whole experience and end result. Mark, at the store, was extremely helpful. He takes plenty of time to be sure that you are pleased with your choice. The installers were great. They were all very polite and hard-working. I was amazed that they worked hard all day and wouldn't even take a break. After the floor was installed, Mark came back and did a walk-through to make sure that everything was just as it should be and that I was satisfied. I was!! This floor is beautiful.
